AI images cost 3 credits each (with your first regeneration free if you want a variation), AI videos cost 2 credits per second of footage, and Autopilot posts cost 3 credits each. Image regeneration costs 1 credit. For example, a Starter plan with 300 monthly credits could produce roughly 80 AI product photos, 8 short videos, and 40 Autopilot posts per month. If you need more credits, you can purchase top-ups instantly from your billing dashboard without changing your plan.

Yes. On all Digibate plans — Starter, Growth, and Scale — your unused credits automatically roll over for one full month. This means if you have 300 credits and only use 200 in January, you will start February with 400 credits (300 new + 100 rolled over). Rollover credits expire after 30 days, giving you flexibility for seasonal campaigns or quiet months without losing your allowance. This feature is included at no extra cost.

Product limits scale with your plan so you always have room to grow. The Starter plan includes 10 products, which is ideal for boutiques and small catalogs. The Growth plan expands to 50 products, perfect for growing e-commerce stores. The Scale plan supports 200 products for businesses with larger inventories. You can manage all your product details, generate AI product photography, and create social content for each item directly inside Digibate. If you need more than 200 products, contact our sales team for a custom enterprise arrangement.

Yes. Social media captions, rewrites, hashtag suggestions, and text-based posts are completely unlimited on every Digibate plan. Only AI-generated images and videos consume credits. This means you can write, rewrite, and schedule as many posts as you want without ever worrying about hitting a text limit. Our AI writing assistant can also repurpose long-form content into Instagram captions, TikTok scripts, LinkedIn posts, and Twitter threads instantly.

Absolutely. Digibate includes native AI video generation at 2 credits per second of video. You can create short-form product videos, lifestyle clips, and promotional Reels optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. Videos are generated in vertical 9:16 format by default, and you can regenerate scenes or adjust styling using your Brand DNA settings. Yes. Digibate includes a full Content Calendar with native scheduling and publishing for Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn. You can drag and drop posts, set custom times for each platform, and preview how your feed will look before anything goes live. The Autopilot feature takes this further by automatically generating and scheduling weeks of content based on your product catalog and marketing goals — you just review and approve. Starter plans can plan 2 weeks ahead, Growth plans 2 months, and Scale plans 3 months.

If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing cycle, and you can export all your content before leaving.

Yes. All Digibate plans are available with a 20% discount when billed annually. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing from your account settings at any time. Yearly plans still include monthly credit allowances and rollover.
